How service reaches you

Abu Dhabi deliveries follow an agreed daily schedule from Al Ain, set out in your proposal.
Meals are prepared in our Al Ain kitchen under an ISO 22000:2018 food safety system.
Each contract gets a written delivery plan: route, timing, holding temperatures and contact person.
A documented team of 158 staff (manpower report dated 10 Oct 2026) supports planning; daily ceiling of around 30,000+ meals; your site volume is set in the contract.
